An architecturally designed facility with high-quality finishes and fixtures, Building 3 at Calibre Eastern Creek has reset the benchmark for logistics real estate throughout Australia. The office has a full height glazed facade and wood panel interiors throughout, creating the look, feel and functionality of a premium grade office building. The facility has a 900m² office that is spread over two floors includes three meeting rooms, an outdoor breakout space and an additional 125m² dock office.

Product description: Architectural glazing, switchable smart glass, Clear / toughened glass. 
Style Intent: Single / double tempered glazing, acoustic / thermal glazing. Refer to Arch spec. 
Finish Intent: Clear glazing, toughened switchable glass refer to architectural specification. 
Standard Intent: To meet AS 1288 “glass in building – selection and installation”. 
Contractor to inform Manufacturer of requirement for toughened / Low-E or laminated insulated safty glass.
