Style Intent: Single glazing panel, acoustic and Thermal glazing. Refer to Arch spec.

Finish Intent: Clear glazing, switchable privacy glass refer to architectural specification.

Standard Intent: To meet AS 1288 “glass in building – selection and installation”.

Contractor to inform BAR studio, restaurant room and bathroom of requirement for toughened or laminated smart safety glass.

Standard Instruction:

• Manufacturer to ensure both materials and installation techniques meet all relevant standards, local codes and are suitable for the end use. Contractor to inform BAR, restaurant and bathroom of requirements for toughened and/or laminated smart safety glass.

• Manufacturer to submit six (6) 300mm x 300mm finish samples in sufficient time for review by BAR Studio, restaurant and bathroom prior to commencement of work.

• Item to be contract quality, free from all defects, to match BAR Studio, restaurant and bathroom control samples and be suitable for the intended application.

• All materials specifications pending sample submitted for BAR Studio, restaurant and bathroom review.

• Refer to ID drawings for exact locations and seamlines.

• All glazing panels to be single panes, double galzing are as indicated on ID drawings required.

• All exposed edges to be flat polished with minimum arris. No bevelled edges.

Insulated double Siwtchable Windows glazing is very importance to the Sky rise of residential. More than 108 degree angle view and open atmosphere with brighter space from outside natural light without objects hold off. UV protection and thermal insulated for double smart glazing will be prior considered for external windows. Also, windshield strength for sky rise of external windows is a key factors of required for architectural specification. The insulated double switchable windows glass is not provided comfortable & open brigher space but stronger, safety under by a simply flick of switch.
